An Evening with Mozart and Liszt
In the impressive ambiance of the Liebfrauendom, a high-caliber concert program featuring works by two great masters of music history is presented. The performance will include W. A. Mozart's festive Church Sonata KV 278 as well as the virtuosic and radiant Exsultate jubilate, KV 165. In the second part, the audience can look forward to Franz Liszt's monumental symphony based on Dante's "Divina Commedia," a sonically overwhelming work that makes the journey through Inferno, Purgatorio, and Paradiso impressively audible.
