Equipment & Clothing:
What to bring: sturdy, ankle-high hiking boots are mandatory, weatherproof clothing (layering principle), trekking poles, a backpack, and sufficient water

Participation requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years
- No indications of physical or mental impairments
- No influence of alcohol or drugs
- Health requirements: Fitness - You should be able to overcome approximately 750 meters in altitude and 7.5 km, and manage 5 hours of walking time.
