Winemaker Brunch – "Dockner's Lunch Menu"

Once a month, Sunday at the Dockner family's wine tasting center transforms into Winzerbrunch Sunday. This culinary event, featuring a menu and excellent wine pairings, has gained a legendary reputation. Upon arrival at the wine tasting center, guests are greeted with a sparkling wine from the winemaker as an aperitif, accompanied by music from Prof. Wolfgang Friedrich and his New Orleans Dixieland Band.
On the second level, a seasonal menu awaits, conceived and prepared by head chef Gudrun Dockner. The finest wines from the Dockner cellar are served alongside. This course is also accompanied by jazz and Dixieland standards performed by the fantastic New Orleans Dixieland Band. Coffee and a fine spirit or two conclude this joyful and memorable Sunday.
Reservation is absolutely necessary!
