Hot spots in Pfedelbach

On November 1, the motto "Hot Spots in Pfedelbach" will once again heat things up when the Dietz, Fischer, Lösch, Meißner, Mozer, Sasse, and Weippert distilleries open their doors. New to the event are the Keil and Ungerer families in Renzen. Anyone interested in the production of fruit brandies and liqueurs will find just what they are looking for in Pfedelbach on Saturday, November 1. Starting at 11 a.m., nine independent producers will open their doors to visitors for a joint open distillery day. Visitors can learn firsthand how brandies and liqueurs are made and taste distillates and liqueurs. ### Insights From 11 a.m., interested visitors can watch distilling demonstrations at the nine participating farms, learn more in personal conversations, taste products, and of course buy them. Information about the orchard meadow is available, as well as interesting facts about fruit processing and cocktails made with fine brandies. You can enjoy a wide variety of Hohenlohe delicacies at all the farms. Look forward to a convivial day on the distiller families' farms! ### Opening of the distilleries and inauguration of the "Balduffer" distillate trail The opening of the distilleries will take place on the Keil family's farm in Renzen, where Mayor Kunkel will simultaneously inaugurate the new "Balduffer" distillate trail in the municipality of Pfedelbach. Ralf Heusler will provide musical accompaniment for the opening ceremony. ### Bus shuttle The bus shuttle service has been reorganized. A new "Balduffer" bus line will run between Öhringen main station and Untersteinbach. In addition, a bus shuttle will run from the Windischenbach Ort stop to the Fischer family's farm on Lindelberg. The "Himbeergeist" and "Williams" lines start at Öhringen main station and connect the towns of Oberohrn, Lerchenhof, and Windischenbach on a circular route. This allows visitors to visit all the farms from Untersteinbach via Oberohrn and Windischenbach to Lindelberg at any time. The complete timetables can be found in the documents below.
