Focal Points in Pfedelbach

On November 1st, under the motto "Hot Spots in Pfedelbach," things will heat up again as the distilleries Dietz, Fischer, Lösch, Meißner, Mozer, Sasse, and Weippert open their doors. New this year are the Keil and Ungerer families in Renzen. Those interested in the production of fruit brandies and liqueurs will find exactly what they are looking for in Pfedelbach on Saturday, November 1st. Starting at 11 a.m., nine self-producers will open their gates to visitors for the joint open distillery day. Visitors can learn firsthand how brandies and liqueurs are made, as well as taste distillates and liqueurs.

From 11 a.m., interested parties can watch demonstrations of distillation in the nine participating businesses, learn more in personal conversations, taste products, and of course, buy them. Information about the traditional fruit orchards will be available, along with interesting facts about fruit processing and cocktails made with fine brandies. At all the farms, you can enjoy a variety of Hohenlohe delicacies. Look forward to a sociable day at the distillers' farms!

Opening of the Hot Spots and inauguration of the distillate path "Balduffer"
The opening of the hot spots will take place at the Keil family’s farm in Renzen, where the new distillate path "Balduffer" will also be inaugurated by Mayor Kunkel. The opening ceremony will be musically accompanied by Ralf Heusler.

Bus Shuttle
The bus shuttle service has been reorganized. A new bus line "Balduffer" will run between Öhringen main station and Untersteinbach. Additionally, there will be a bus shuttle to the Lindelberg to the Fischer family from the Windischenbach Ort stop. The lines "Himbeergeist" and "Williams" will start at Öhringen main station and connect the towns of Oberohrn, Lerchenhof, and Windischenbach on a circular route. This allows visitors to easily visit all businesses from Untersteinbach through Oberohrn and Windischenbach to the Lindelberg. The complete schedules can be found in the documents below. The bus ticket costs €3 for adults and is valid all day. Children travel for free!
