Welcome to Baierbach, in a part of Pfedelbach shaped by fruit and wine cultivation. In the wine tavern, which is open twice a month, there are regional dishes that make the "Besenzeit" particularly special. In addition to the traditional onion roast with spaetzle, there are sausages, schnitzel, grilled neck, and a butcher's platter. During the autumn and winter months, there are also kettle and salt meats. Vegetarians can look forward to the house toast and salad plate. A total of 120 seats are available in the wine tavern and the winter garden. The homemade cakes and tortes are a temptation not just after the meal. The house wines can be tasted in the wine shop and taken home right away.
