Christmas market in Gaienhofen

Traditional Christmas market organized by the municipality in the center of Gaienhofen Over two dozen exhibitors have registered to offer visitors arts and crafts, floristry, jewelry, knitted and handmade items, useful and beautiful objects, and to treat them to savory and sweet delicacies and warming drinks. In addition to the hard-working employees of the building yard, the youth music school, the kindergarten children, and the Hemmenhofen citizens' band will provide the appropriate setting. A visit from St. Nicholas and Knecht Ruprecht has also been announced, and they will certainly be bringing sweets for the good children. Last but not least, a delegation from our partner community Saint-Georges-de-Didonne will once again make the long journey with fresh oysters to cultivate and deepen the friendship between our communities, for which we would like to express our special thanks to our friends.
