With regional products from the market with Lake Constance chef Klaus Neidhart. Chef Klaus Neidhart provides tips in an engaging and entertaining way and demonstrates how to easily prepare surprising dishes using market products. And of course, there are recipes to recreate and for your next shopping trip. Starting at 10 a.m. at the weekly market in Allensbach's town square. In case of heavy rain, the cooking demonstration will take place in the Torkel (town square).
