Anvil Meeting for Everyone

The Alte Schmiede Mambach e.V. association invites you to the anvil meeting. The focus will be on exchanging ideas, sharing information about our work, and enjoying each other's company. On these evenings, we also present special features from our forge or invite other forges. Interested guests are always warmly welcome to these evenings at the forge. For a small fee, you can also try your hand at forging during these evenings. Dear anvil fans, it's finally that time again: the first anvil meeting of the year is just around the corner! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced blacksmith, everyone is welcome. The plan is as follows: A short presentation on the topic "The History of the Wheel" from wooden discs to spoked wheels, max. 20 minutes. First forging attempts at the forge. Time for exchanging ideas and getting to know each other. Please bring: your own equipment (e.g., work gloves, suitable footwear) if you want to try forging at the forge. Good mood is a must! P.S.: Drinks will of course be provided.
