Cheese-making workshop for adults
Natural, aromatic, and homemade: cheese-making at home is a tradition that dates back thousands of years and still offers a wide variety of homemade foods today.
Museum employee Berit Hohenstein-Rothinger shares all the important information about the production, care, and maturation of hard and soft cheeses from her wealth of experience. Cost per person: €100 including material costs. The course fee includes museum admission and parking.
