Workshop on Cheese Making for Adults Natural, aromatic, and homemade: The domestic production of cheese has a millennia-old tradition and continues to offer a diverse range of homemade food options. From her wealth of experience, museum staff member Berit Hohenstein-Rothinger will share all the important information on the production, care, and aging of hard and soft cheeses. Cost per person: €100 including material costs. The course fee includes museum admission and parking fees.
