Fairy-Tale Full Moon Hike

When the daylight gives way to twilight and the moon slowly rises, a special, mystical atmosphere unfolds in the enchanted land by the Kinzig. Then, the moss sprites peek out from behind every stone, and it feels as if the water spirits are dancing on the Kinzig Lake. During this special full moon hike, we explore the area around the source of the Kinzig under the light of the rising moon. At special waypoints, appropriate fairy tales and stories will be told about nymphs and water spirits, magical springs, and of course, about the power of the moon. At the end of the hike, participants can look forward to a hot cup of herbal tea made with herbs from the garden or a delicious fruit punch.
