Together with the BBQ Kings: 8 different types of meat prepared using the sous vide method and finished at 900 degrees Celsius. Among others, there will be bison, water buffalo, and Wagyu beef, accompanied by matching gourmet beers from the Spitzbuckel Brewery Bäuerle.
