**Steak & Beer Tasting** **We are hosting this culinary event in collaboration with the BBQ Kings** Enjoy 8 exceptional cuts of meat and steak paired with delicious beers from the Spitzbuckel Brauwerkstatt. The event also features information and stories about the meat and beer. Our brewery is located at the end of the Laufbach Valley in the Lauf neighborhood of Glashütte. Gently nestled in the valley landscape of the Northern Black Forest, in close proximity to the reservoir, at the foot of the Spitzbuckle. Here at Spitzbuckel, the Spitzbuckel spring also originates, whose soft mountain spring water provides the ideal foundation for our delicious beers. Using only the highest-quality ingredients, we craft traditional beers in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516. We use malts from the region and high-quality hops. At the same time, we place great importance on the yeast cultures we use. After primary fermentation, our beers are bottled unfiltered. Then the secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle. This makes every bottle unique. Before being enjoyed, each beer undergoes a long maturation period to become a special taste experience. We look forward to seeing you.
