Better call Soul!

"Need some 'Sweet Soul Music'? We got you: Better Call Soul!" In the style of "The Commitments," who shook up Ireland with American classics in the '90s, the mission is clear: We're bringing soul to the Northern Black Forest! "Better Call Soul!" is a group from Calw made up of young and young-at-heart dynamic musicians. They consistently captivate audiences with a unique blend of experience, energy, and passion. Musically, the band offers a wide range: in addition to classics from the '60s (including Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett), the combo also ventures into the funk and disco wave of the '70s (e.g., The Commodores, Tina Turner, Stevie Wonder) or performs pieces from the successful 1980 film comedy "The Blues Brothers." The diverse program includes refreshing reinterpretations of well-known hits, where sounds from different eras are combined, as well as long-forgotten gems.
