"Art & Love: Contemporary Artist Couples in Collaboration and Contrast" will be on display from July 12 to November 2, 2025. Art is more than a profession, and love is more than a feeling. How do artist couples achieve a "work-life balance"? Why do some couples choose to work together intentionally, while others opt for separate studios? How and where do internal professional discussions take place, in the studio or at the kitchen table? The exhibition aims to take a look behind the scenes using selected artist couples as examples, while also consciously questioning certain societal clichés. In a tour through various genres and styles, relational dimensions and artworks will be interconnected. The narrative at the center of the exhibition is "Art & Love": emotional, economic, and societal!
