The focus of the thrilling story is on the realistically described investigative work of a special commission (SOKO). In his non-fiction book "SOKO Erle," Roth described the spectacular authentic case of the jogger who was murdered in Endingen in 2016. The title remained on the SPIEGEL bestseller list for several weeks and was adapted into an ARD series titled "Traces."
