Known from radio and television, Hiltrud Stoll and Franz Auber are touring through the region with their new program "Ächde Älbler": Ächde Älbler live very close to heaven! For Hillus Herzdropfa, the simple formula by Thaddäus Troll applies: "A Swabian is someone who speaks Swabian." Our Swobaländle is not one of the federal states defined by politicians; rather, it is a "cultural area," a region where people share a common culture: This includes Swabian frugality: "Rub the salt off the pretzel so that the guest doesn't get thirsty!" And of course, Spätzle: Kässchbätzla, Krautschbätzla, Leisa with Schbätzla, Kartoffelschbätzla, Schbätzla with sauce... Maultaschen are a must on every Swabian menu: Maultaschen gschmelzt, Maultaschen endr Briah, Maultaschen with eggs... Maultaschen VEGAN (one is not afraid of anything)! To go with it, a glass of cider: "A good cider heals every pain, it is the Swabian's pearl. The wine delights a person's heart, the cider the whole man!" (Source unknown) What else belongs to a true Älbler, you will learn in this program! Hillus Herzdropfa (themselves true Älbler) know everything about these highlanders and what else is going on in the Alb! Speaking in dialect is a matter of honor for them!
