Christian Friedel - Meeting Point Forum

From Hollywood to Hohenlohe: Christian Friedel is a guest at Treffpunkt Forum. The actor, born in Magdeburg in 1979, recently shone in the film "The Zone of Interest," which was awarded an Oscar for Best International Film in 2024. Friedel plays the male lead, the commander of the Auschwitz concentration camp, Rudolf Höß, who lives and works in great harmony and kindness right next to the site of horror with his family. The insane story has shocked audiences, and at the same time, the award-winning actors captivated the viewers. Christian Friedel has already impressed in his roles, such as the police photographer Reinhold Gräf in "Babylon Berlin," in the feature film "The White Ribbon" by Michael Haneke, or as Georg Elser in the 2015 film of the same name.
