Trio Coriolis

Concert of the series Perspectives Heilbronn featuring new music by J. Cras, I. Wyschnegradsky, and K.-P. Werani. Trio Coriolis (Munich) performs works for string trio, including pieces by Jean Cras, Iwan Wyschnegradsky, and Klaus-Peter Werani. Thomas Hofer (violin), Klaus-Peter Werani (viola), and Hanno Simons (cello) are members of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra. For over 17 years, they have been internationally present as Trio Coriolis at festivals, on the radio, and through CD productions. During this intensive time of making music together, Trio Coriolis has rehearsed and performed around 50 works. The Coriolis force serves as a metaphor for the sum of the energy inherent in the three different perspectives of the musicians. Trio Coriolis is known for a special balance between individual expression and collective interpretation.
