Four-part Seminar

The world is in a constant state of change – socially, technologically, and especially politically. There has never been a standstill in the history of humanity. However, in the past two decades, the number and influence of political actors on the global stage have noticeably increased. Regional changes can today have worldwide repercussions faster than ever and lead to geopolitical tensions.

In this seminar, we will take a joint look at the current developments in international politics. Who are the key actors? What interests do they pursue? And how can we understand global lines of conflict? The goal is to gain an overview of the most important geopolitical hotspots of our time and to make connections comprehensible.

The seminar is a collaboration between vhs Heilbronn and keb Heilbronn. The first two sessions will take place at the Heinrich-Fries-Haus, with subsequent sessions at vhs Heilbronn.
