The Sweet – Rockin' For The Eternity

We are pleased to welcome one of the few infamous glam rock bands – with various chart successes in the 70s, 80s, and 90s – to Tübingen! And they will perform not just once, but with two shows at Sudhaus: on September 26 and 27, 2025! With over 40 million albums sold worldwide, the band offers much more than just glam rock. Their music is timeless and versatile – ranging from pure pop to hard rock. US hits like "Ballroom Blitz," "Fox On The Run," "Action," and "Love Is Like Oxygen" enjoy cult status. The latter won two Novello Awards. Their album "Desolation Boulevard" was certified Gold. In the 70s, The Sweet had nine number-one hits in the German charts. For decades, Andy Scott has been touring the world with The Sweet – almost all shows in recent years have been sold out! Now, Scott is saying goodbye to life on the road: The Sweet will only perform in selected locations in the future – like now at Sudhaus. Their latest album "FULL CIRCLE" was released on September 20, 2024. As part of the "Rockin' For The Eternity – Show 2025," the band will present new songs and, of course, all their greatest hits.
