Royal Pearls - Champagne Tasting with Menu | SOLD OUT

This event is sold out. The next champagne tasting will take place on February 6, 2026. A culinary and exclusive evening in the name of champagne: Europe's royal houses and their champagne - this evening is dedicated to the noble drink of the royals. Enjoy a guided tour of Hohenzollern Castle with stories from the lives of the highnesses and majesties. During the tour through the royal chambers, you will experience tastings of various types of champagne at four stations. Afterwards, you will enjoy a delicious 3-course menu at the castle restaurant: Champagne cream soup with shrimp, monkfish with saffron risotto and champagne sauce, champagne panna cotta with orange sorbet and pear ragout. The evening will be musically accompanied by Wolfgang Fischer on the piano.
