Hops & History - Beer Tasting with Menu | SOLD OUT

This event is sold out. The next beer tasting will take place on February 27, 2026. A culinary and exclusive evening in the name of beer: Brewing beer has a great tradition among the Hohenzollerns. For example, Frederick the Great learned to brew beer in his youth, after his ancestors had recognized brewing as a guild and promoted the craft accordingly. Enjoy a guided tour of Hohenzollern Castle with stories from the lives of the royals and majesties. During the tour through the royal chambers, you will have the opportunity to taste various types of beer at four stations. Afterwards, you will enjoy a delicious 3-course meal at the castle restaurant. If the weather is pleasantly mild, the menu will be served in the castle garden.

The evening will be musically accompanied by Michael Sisto, guitar and vocals.

Schedule:
From 5:00 PM: Shuttle from the parking lot to the Eagle Gate
5:45 PM: Start of the tour for Group 1 with beer tasting
6:00 PM: Start of the tour for Group 2 with beer tasting
6:15 PM: Start of the tour for Group 3 with beer tasting
7:30 PM: 3-course meal at the castle restaurant
10:30 PM: Shuttle from the Eagle Gate back to the parking lot

Price: 89.00 euros per person, including shuttle, guided tour with beer tasting, 3-course meal, and live music - plus drinks.
