Hölderlin cycle The cultural department of Eberhard Karls University has invited a multitude of orchestras, chamber music ensembles, and soloists to Tübingen in its over 60-year history. Subscription concerts have been held since 1959, and since 1963, the cultural department has organized summer concerts at Bebenhausen Monastery as well as winter concerts in the fest hall of the New Aula of the university. The cultural department has organized around 5,000 concerts to date. The diverse program consists of symphony concerts, recitals, chamber music concerts, and song evenings.
