"Experience Christmas anew"

A concert by the choir TonArt and the men's ensemble Klosterreichenbach with a change of perspective. Christmas is a celebration with many faces: a moment of silence, hope, remembrance, and community, but perhaps also of sorrow and loneliness. Under the title "Perspectives on Christmas," the choir TonArt and the men's ensemble Klosterreichenbach invite you to two impressive concert evenings that musically and thematically illuminate the Christmas celebration from various, even unexpected, angles. The concerts will take place on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the Münsterkirche Klosterreichenbach and on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at the Catholic Church St. Maria Königin der Apostel Baiersbronn, both starting at 7 PM. Doors open at 6:30 PM on both days. Both ensembles are under the musical direction of Michael Hegenauer, who has designed a thematically diverse program – featuring classical and contemporary choral pieces for the Advent and Christmas season, including works in various languages. The choral contributions will be complemented by instrumental pieces and short text impulses that highlight different perspectives on the celebration: spiritual, familial, and societal. Another special highlight is the coordinated slideshow by photographer Axel Klisch, which visually accompanies the concert and deepens individual themes atmospherically. Music, word, and image thus combine to create a holistic experience that touches and provokes reflection.
