Originally, there were supposed to be just a few Beatles songs needed for an exhibition on the topic of the Beatles. The exhibition didn't happen, but the fascination with the Beatles remained. Since spring 2019, the four musicians from the Dornhan/Sulz/Horb and Oberndorf region have primarily dedicated themselves to the songs from the period when the Beatles were still performing live concerts. So, it's handmade, live, and committed to the spirit of the original with convincing vocal harmonies. The repertoire includes well-known hits and some gems appreciated by connoisseurs. With the use of amplifiers and guitars that would have found their place in the Beatles exhibition, Beatmaen approaches the original sound of the Beatles. Well-mixed and enriched with song information and anecdotes, it results in entertaining performances infused with the raw energy of the Fab Four.

Beatmaen members are: Paul Herbstreuter from Dornhan on lead guitar and vocals, Bert Henger from Betra on rhythm guitar and vocals, harmonica, Hartwig Kuscha from Sulz on bass and vocals, and Helmut Scherle from Hochmössingen on drums, percussion, and vocals. All have been musically active in various forms for decades.
