Together, we create a space where every woman can find her own dance – a dance that arises from the moment, carried by nothing but your own inner feeling. This course is a unique space for women to discover their inner wisdom through dance. Here, you will learn how important it is to trust your own rhythm and to stand in your self-responsibility – to show only as much of yourself as feels right in the moment. At the same time, you will become part of a community of women who support each other – a support that helps you feel yourself and your movement even more clearly.
