Open Singing "geSTIMMt" with Martina Frey

Under the direction of Martina Frey, anyone who loves to sing can join in and perform a lovely selection of songs together—and Martina Frey will accompany the singers on the Feurich grand piano. With her project “geSTIMMt” at the Kultur-Apotheke, Martina Frey invites everyone to join in some casual singing—and accompanies the singers on the grand piano. The open sing-along evenings at the Kultur-Apotheke have been taking place since spring and have been very well received. With these open sing-along evenings at the Kultur-Apotheke, Martina Frey is continuing her previous initiative and invites anyone interested to join in the casual singing. The event is aimed at all (secret) vocal artists who do not want to or cannot commit to specific schedules and/or styles, and offers an alternative to a choir. During the approximately one-hour sing-along evening, anyone—even without prior experience—can join in. Singing in a group is easy; lyrics are projected onto the wall via a projector, and Martina Frey provides lively accompaniment on the Kultur-Apotheke’s freshly tuned Feurich grand piano. No advance registration is required, nor is regular attendance necessary, so anyone who already enjoys singing—or who wants to discover and develop that joy during such an open sing-along evening in the center of Calw—is welcome to join. Participation is free of charge; drinks are available on site.
