Vogtsburg Christmas and Medieval Market & Open Winemaker Cellar in Burkheim

Traditional Christmas and Medieval Market in the Historic Old Town. For the 30th time, the Vogtsburg Christmas Market will take place in the romantic old town of Burkheim on the first Advent weekend (November 28-30, 2025). Over a hundred exhibitors will present their lovingly decorated market stalls, offering handcrafted items, a variety of unique Christmas gifts, as well as culinary delights and mulled wines from local winemakers. In the castle and the castle garden, a medieval market will be held, where garment masters, herbalists, amber and mineral dealers, as well as hat makers and other traveling merchants will offer their goods, just as they did hundreds of years ago.
