City Tour Freiburg with Old Cemetery We take the S-Bahn to Freiburg. Our walk begins at the old cemetery from Habsburger Straße. We take a look at the Michaeliskapelle, built 300 years ago, and visit the mysterious grave of Caroline Walter. We hear the story behind the grave and see old tombstones in this green oasis in the city center. A walk towards the Stadtgarten leads us into the old town, around the cathedral, and through small alleys. After a break at Café Schmidt, we head to the train station and take the S-Bahn back to Waldkirch. Please remember to bring: comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a water bottle, and either a Germany ticket or Regio card. Return around 6 PM.
