Fruit variety identification at the autumn festival

Fruit Variety Identification at the Autumn Festival on September 28, 2025, at the Sulzburghalle in Unterlenningen. As part of the 50th anniversary of Lenningen, the OGV Unterlenningen will offer a variety identification for apples and pears in addition to our fruit exhibition at this year's Autumn Festival on September 28. We will be joined by fruit cultivation expert Thilo Tschersich and two of his colleagues. For reliable variety identification, 5 to 8 ripe fruits with typical variety appearance are needed for each type. We will start the variety identification around 1:30 PM. We would like to highlight this special event in advance so that any fruit that ripens earlier can be stored cool until the Autumn Festival.
