Hops & History - Beer Tasting with Menu

A culinary and exclusive evening in the name of beer. Brewing beer has a great tradition among the Hohenzollerns. For instance, Frederick the Great learned the craft of brewing in his youth after his ancestors recognized brewing as its own guild and promoted the brewing industry accordingly. Enjoy a guided tour of Hohenzollern Castle with stories from the lives of the royals and majesties. During the tour through the royal chambers, you will have the opportunity to taste various types of beer at four stations. Afterwards, you will enjoy a delicious 3-course meal at the castle restaurant. If the weather is pleasantly mild, the menu will be served in the castle garden. The evening will be musically accompanied by Michael Sisto, guitar and vocals.
