ANONYMOUS SAXOPHONISTS Florian Roh (soprano and alto saxophone) Fabian Held (soprano and alto saxophone) Pierre Moreira (alto and tenor saxophone) Felix Roh (alto and baritone saxophone) The four musicians, all of whom have received multiple awards at the state and national level, are known for their versatile repertoire, which ranges from baroque works to jazz and modern compositions. The saxophonists impressively showcase the stylistic range of the saxophone: starting in the Baroque period with the intricate polyphony of Johann Sebastian Bach, through the cool 5/4 groove of Dave Brubeck's "Take Five," the passionate and dance-like soundscapes of Astor Piazzolla, to the floating, meditative structures of Philip Glass. Their concerts are always a musical experience for all generations.
