30 Years of City Tours - Anniversary City Tour

For 30 years, the Tuttlingen city guides have invited guests and locals to discover the history of the Danube city. This anniversary will be celebrated on Friday, October 10, with a special city tour: all city guides will be working together. They will take visitors on a varied journey through time and then invite them to a joint conclusion. A tour with many perspectives, the anniversary tour will lead to several stations in the city center. Each city guide will focus on their own theme, creating a lively mix of history, culture, and personal anecdotes. Visitors will learn how the great fire of Tuttlingen shaped the city, what role the Danube played for Tuttlingen, and how the city developed into a hub for medical technology. Additionally, there may be a reunion with Mariele, the border crosser from 1868. It is particularly noteworthy that Claudia Schreiber-Winkler has been part of the city tours since the very first one 30 years ago and will share her knowledge during this anniversary tour as well.
