Hat concert with Jazz & the Gang

Convenartis invites you once again to the hat concert under the motto: Free admission, everyone donates what they wish. This time, Jazz & the Gäng, a well-known jazz band from the region, will perform their program "Oriental Nights." As with their concert last year, five musicians have once again developed a special program with an unusual focus. The concert will feature arrangements of oriental pieces and works from the classical repertoire, uniquely arranged for this jazz quintet. Of course, the tradition of jazz and ample room for improvisation will also be present. Included are, for example, Tchaikovsky's Arabian Dance, Duke Ellington's Caravan, Desert Rose by Sting, and traditional Kurdish and Arabic folk music.
