We mainly know famous composers – but does that mean that women never composed? Not at all! They just had a much harder time being heard. Let’s embark on a search … In our concert, we will hear exciting pieces by brave female composers who managed to create their own musical world despite many challenges. And this music is full of deep emotions: joy, longing, and sometimes even sadness. And we can still feel that today! We invite you on a journey to these strong women and their special music: together, we will explore the sounds of ancient instruments and discover what the music does to us. And who knows – maybe we will find out who the mysterious Mrs. Philharmonica was …?
