Karin Brosa and Julia Weißflog belong to the small but growing group of artists from a younger generation who have dedicated their artistic work to printmaking. The engagement with natural and cultural spaces, as well as their destruction, is an important aspect of Karin Brosa's works, which reflect and comment on current events. Julia Weißflog creates spaces of reminiscence in her works that, through their multifaceted, monochromatic overlays, imitate the act of remembering and suggest possible stories.
