Shamanic Journey - Connect with Yourself

After a brief introduction to shamanic journeying, you will have the opportunity to encounter your power places, power animals, potentials, forces, "original" trust, and/or inspirations. Claudia Ruis will accompany you during the journey with her drum, the sound of which will guide you through the experience. Self-healing powers and self-love can be activated and anchored. This form of "journeying" is a wonderful way to rediscover yourself; become your own explorer.

Please bring: a sleeping mat, something to write with, a blanket, something to drink, a palm-sized stone, and a small offering for Mother Nature.

In case of bad weather, the journey will take place at Atelier Claudia Ruis, Bahnhofstr. 26, 34369 Hofgeismar.
