"Tap in concert"

A fantastic show full of rhythm & dance featuring international award winners presenting their art. Let yourself be swept away by our new program and experience the full diversity of tap dance: from rhythmically captivating jazz classics to exquisite classical pieces, seasoned with a generous dash of humor, a great experience is guaranteed. The professional tap dancer Kira von Kayser, along with her renowned colleague Bernd Paffrath and her young company, which includes the Münsingen super talent Zoa Leichtle (European Junior Champion) and the Munich rhythm enthusiast Julian von der Heyden (Vice European Junior Champion), will present their latest rhythmic creations. The program is complemented by guest contributions from talented young artists of the Music, Dance, and Arts School KULTUR33. The two world-renowned musicians Myron Romanul (piano and bass) and David Stanley Johnson (piano), with whom the tap dancers engage in a rhythmic-musical conversation, impress with their great virtuosity and enormous versatility. A cozy "tap and talk" following the show also offers you the opportunity to get to know the artists personally over a small snack, enjoy spontaneous improvisations, and perhaps even try out a few tap steps yourself.
