Pop Oratorio "Luther": At the center is Martin Luther, who in 1521 was called before the Imperial Diet of Worms to retract his church-critical statements. Through flashbacks and insights surrounding the events there, the pop oratorio tells of his struggle for biblical truth and his fight against authority and the church – an exciting story about politics and religion. And an extraordinary approach to a highly relevant question: How could Luther's call for "thinking for oneself" trigger extensive changes in society, marriage and family, education, science, art, and music? This can still serve as a basis for discussions today.
