Theater in miniature presents: "Frederick"

Children's theater for ages 4 and up based on the well-known picture book by Leo Lionni. Little Lion Leo wants to collect chocolate ice cream so that he has some left for later. This gives Ellen the idea to tell him the story of "Frederick." All the mice are collecting grains and nuts for the winter – except for Frederick. He just sits there and dreams. His mom, dad, sister, and grandma scold him for being so lazy. But he isn't! Frederick is also collecting something important. He collects what he loves – sunshine, colors, and words – and warms the hearts of others in winter with them. The performance amusingly retells Leo Lionni's story.
