STEINPILZ & Co. – Enjoying the World of Mushrooms Do you want to experience the world of mushrooms with all your senses? Mushroom coach Manuela Wagner will take you on a stroll through the forest around Dapfen. She will show you how mushrooms grow, how they nourish themselves, what partnerships they form, and the essential role they play in the ecosystem and in our lives. You will learn the most important basics of mushroom foraging and what to pay attention to in order to safely distinguish between poisonous and edible mushrooms. We will meet at 2:30 PM at the warehouse for a come-together with an aperitif. Afterwards, we will head to a forest area. The hike will last about 3 hours. We will conclude back at the warehouse with a mushroom ragout. You will receive detailed information shortly before the event!
