Once a month, except in August and October, the Ungerer family hosts guests with simple, regional home-cooked meals. The wine tavern operates as a "Besenwirtschaft." This term is used in Württemberg, while elsewhere it may be referred to as a "Heckenwirtschaft" or "Straußenwirtschaft." We source our meat and sausages from local butcher shops. Eggs, potatoes, and cheese come from regional direct producers, and the vegetables are from the southern German vegetable regions. With our freshly prepared dishes, you have a very wide selection of our high-quality wines, which have received multiple awards. We are happy to serve the wines stylishly in open service. For groups of 35 or more, we cater outside of our regular opening hours. Bus tour groups are also warmly welcomed. How about combining it with a guided wine experience tour?
