In festively decorated wooden stalls, they present everything that makes the Advent season so indescribably beautiful. From traditional Christmas treats such as gingerbread, Christmas cookies, cakes, sweet and savory waffle delicacies to hearty specialties such as sausages and steak in a roll. Whether burgers or tarte flambée, everything is gluten-free. There are also all kinds of delicious pasta dishes, such as spaetzle, schupfnudeln, and maultaschen. One exhibitor even treats visitors to specialties from Graubünden. And there is flambéed salmon in a crispy roll and many other delicacies. **All the delicacies that people with celiac disease often have to go without in everyday life are available here in abundance.** The exhibitors attach great importance to high-quality and natural ingredients in order to offer visitors an authentic culinary experience. The scent of Christmas, cinnamon, and sugar wafts through the market. There are crêpes and many other delicacies. Young and old alike can feast and enjoy themselves here, whether they are affected by gluten intolerance or not. This Christmas market is special in many ways. Not only is all the food gluten-free and, in some cases, lactose-free and vegan, it also tastes incredibly delicious. The exhibitors are also very special! This is not an off-the-peg Christmas market. Almost all of the exhibitors are affected by intolerances themselves, and most of the stallholders have other jobs in their main profession.
