Wine Experience Tour - Wagon Ride with Wine Tasting

Wagon ride with a wine experience tour in the vineyard, a 5-wine tasting, and a subsequent visit to the in-house wine tavern. Experience up close how a winemaker works and taste the wines where they are grown. The Bauer Winery, with its wine bar and modern guesthouse, offers a hassle-free package for wine travelers. The start of the WINE EXPERIENCE tour is in the courtyard of the winery in Heilbronn-Sontheim. You will be warmly welcomed by the winemaker family with a fruity sip. From here, the wagon ride continues to the family winery's vineyards, located 3 km away. A winemaker or wine experience guide is always present to answer all questions about wine. During a short wine experience tour and a guided wine tasting with cheese and bread, you can enjoy the view over Heilbronn before returning to the winery by wagon. There, you can end the day in the wine tavern at Bauer Winery with snack platters or an "à la carte" meal from the regular menu. Over a glass of red wine, you can delve deeper into conversations about wine.

With the help of the train lines in the Neckar Valley and Weinsberger Valley, the cycle paths can be combined into beautiful day trips. Numerous wine hiking trails invite you to stroll through the sea of vines.
