Wine Tasting Table Winery Bauer | Culinary Wine Tasting

An exclusive culinary wine-cooking event at the Bauer Winery. A long table will celebrate fine food and wine enjoyment in a 5-course meal. Take a seat at the long wine table in the modern wine shop of the Bauer Winery. Here, you will enjoy a 5-course menu prepared by Peter von Ribbeck. The host, Alexander Bauer, will serve the matching wines and guide you through the evening with some background information. Watch the friend of the house and chef prepare the courses right before your eyes during "Live Cooking." All menus are designed and playfully prepared seasonally and regionally by event chef Peter von Ribbeck (Mr. von Ribbeck's Fine Catering). Alexander Bauer will open the suitable wines from his cellar, and a few rarities will, of course, be tasted. Forget the everyday routine and pause for the finest food and wine enjoyment.

WineSleeping & WineExperiences at the Bauer Winery:
The Bauer Winery offers 20 guest rooms in a modern, newly built guesthouse. A wagon ride through the vineyards at Heilbronner Staufenberg is included, along with a wine tasting. For groups of 15 or more, this is available as an exclusive tour. For small groups and individuals, joint participation with other guests is available upon request.
