Art & Love Contemporary Artist Couples in Interaction and Opposition

Art is more than a profession, and love is more than a feeling. How do artist couples achieve a "work-life balance"? Why do some couples consciously choose to work together while others opt for separate studios? How and where do internal professional discussions take place, in the studio or at the kitchen table? The exhibition aims to take a behind-the-scenes look at selected artist couples and will also consciously question certain societal clichés. Through a tour of various genres and styles, relational aspects and artworks will be connected. The focus of the exhibition is the narrative "Art & Love": emotional, economic, and societal!
