Cheese & Wine Tasting with Cheese Cutter Rick and Organic Winemaker Joscha. Five top-quality cheese varieties combined with excellent organic wines in the wonderful ambiance of Schlossgut Hohenbeilstein. Two up-and-coming professionals present their passion and organic products at a cheese & wine tasting. The event room in the former wine press at Schlossgut Hohenbeilstein provides the perfect backdrop for this tasting. Services include 5x organic hay milk cheeses | regional & international varieties, 5x paired organic wines, moderation by young winemaker Joscha Dippon and cheese cutter Rick. The two young professionals will show you what they can do in their field. The event starts at 7 PM, followed by 5 rounds featuring one cheese and one selected wine each.
