Experience the fascination of truffles live – guided tour with a truffle dog through a truffle plantation with tasting. Experience the fascination of truffles – information on the subject and where they are found, a look through a microscope, guided tour of the truffle plantation, tasting of truffle products (e.g., truffle butter) & working with the truffle dog. The insight into the fascination of truffles begins with a short slide show in the event room of the Manufaktur für Feines in Beilstein-Etzlenswenden. Michael Mörsel provides exciting information and interesting facts about this special tuber and presents his latest finds. Here, the truffle farmer himself reports on his experiences.   The theory is followed by practice. It is only about a 500-meter walk to the truffle plantation, where you will find yourself on "truffle-rich soil," so to speak. During the walk through the truffle plantation, participants will see the (truffle) dog at work – the search for the mushroom begins.
