Museum Opening - Farmers' Museum Richen - Dates 2025

Discover insights into rural history at the Richen Farm Museum. The museum is located in the former stall for bulls of the village, a half-timbered building from the first half of the 18th century that once belonged to Prince Leiningen and originally served as a wine press. The carefully arranged kitchen, living and sleeping rooms, as well as the entire agricultural spaces and the cider cellar, provide visitors with a vivid impression of rural living and working in pre-industrial times. The building itself is also an architectural highlight due to its rare roof structure with a hanging roof truss and is protected as a historical monument. Opening dates for 2025: From May to October, open every first Sunday of the month from 2 PM to 4 PM: May 4, 2025 | June 1, 2025 | July 6, 2025 | August 3, 2025 | September 7, 2025 | October 5, 2025.
