You will start with the wine experience guide Alexandra Neugebauer in the castle courtyard. At the wine bar, you will already enjoy a glass of sparkling wine before heading up the castle steps into the vineyards. A genuine museum vineyard with old grape varieties, whose names are hardly known today, will show you grape cultivation from earlier times. During your vineyard tour, you will taste 5 different wines from local winemaking families. As a master pastry chef, Alexandra Neugebauer always brings along freshly baked delicacies as small wine companions.
